Anna Mensah-Tanikie

Anna (Ewuraba Anna) is owner and head Chef of TheCake, she comes with over 20 years of baking experience. Soon after completing her studies, Anna braved the pastry scene. She has since been the artist of some of the most innovative creations and concepts and has for years charmed family and friends with her decadent pastries and deserts. Her passion is to create affordable mouth watering pieces that are also elegant to the eye. 

In addition to this, Anna has over 5 years of management experience as a Senior Sales Manager at Gregg's (UK's largest Bakery chain). 

Anna, is a  pastry chef with a pure passion for her craft. Among others, she is certified in a myriad of patisserie and decorative techniques including:

  • Creative Design in Cake Decoration

  • Creative Design in Pastilage

  • Sugar Flower Certification 

  • Health & Safety Certification
